La Cassola was founded in March 3rd 1995. Since then our cuisine has always been done with local and natural ingredients.
The restaurant is run by Sebastià, the chef, and Ascensión, the head waiter. They both are professionals in an industry in which they have been working since young.
What defines us is a friendly, warm and kind treatment that accompanies a typical food made with passion. This is what we demonstrate every day with our tema and our dishes.
The professional carrer of Sebastià starts at the age of 13, when he began working at the Aiguablava Hotel in Begur. Over the years he has been chef in several hotels and restaurants.
His highlights are, among many others, having cooked for the Spanish Football Team in the 1982, being the chef in the film "Playing With Death" from Antonio de la Loma and cooking for in the hotel they stayed during the preseason.
